Shawn tries to fulfill as many requests as he can. He keeps quite busy writing, practicing, looking after his career while maintaining a personal life. Aside from this, his medical condition requires occasional attention and at times demands that he simply stop everything and rest.

Every e-mail he receives is read but not all are necessarily replied to. The popularity of this website happily surpassed our expectations. Whether we have the time to reply or not, we do appreciate all suggestions and feedback.
